Cancellation Charges (for individual bookings)

1. If cancelled 7 days prior to the arrival date full refund will be processed.

2. If cancelled within 5 days then the money would be kept in credit which can be utilized for future bookings for the period up to 3 months.

3. If cancelled within 72 hours then 1 night retention would be applicable and balance amount in credit till next 60 days.

4. If cancelled within 48 hours then full retention will be applicable.

5. Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5%.

6. cancellation policy may change in holiday season. (reception will inform you in the time of booking)
